FREIGHT:
When you buy products without track shipping, you accept that Wisdom from the cards (the Company) has no control over the mail and the shipping will take longer (especially since Norway only delivers mail every other day) and because the mail system is different from place to place (depending on how central you live). We offer, by default, only tracked shipping for your and the Company’s safety and we go to great lengths to make shipping as cheap as possible.
MEMBERSHIP/SUBSCRIPTION:
When you buy a subscription/membership, you accept that the Company can remove you from membership sites/online guidance sites if you do not pay/threaten/violate the company/other participants without receiving a refund. If you have paid for the current month, your membership will be stopped immediately and not renewed. If you do not pay for the membership, you will be removed from guidelines/will not receive further help. In the event of a deliberate closure of the website/company, you will be notified in writing by e-mail 12 weeks in advance. In case of crisis (war, death, natural disasters, acute bankruptcy, etc.) that leads to the website/online guidance content disappearing, we disclaim all responsibility. When you have a membership with the Company, you accept that Team’s workshop time does not change because something unexpected happens to you. You join Teams workshop when you can and are a member for as long as you want. Having a subscription does not mean that you are guaranteed to participate in absolutely all workshops.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP:
To cancel membership, contact us in writing well before the membership is renewed. If you cancel too late, the money will not be refunded.
THE WEBSITES / WEBSITE CONTENT:
You may not use the product or materials available on the online guides in a manner that violates our rights, or in a manner not approved by the Company. Duplicating, sharing or uploading product files for sharing on other websites or to other people is considered to be stealing and will be prosecuted to the extent permitted by law. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit or distribute in any way or give away course access (including e-mail or other electronic means). This will be reviewed.
NOT SATISFIED WARRANTY:
The unsatisfactory warranty is covered only by defective physical products, not by intuitive, one-on-one or online guides. If sent products are damaged or not working, contact customer service by email yvonn@wisdomfromthecards.com.
CANCELLATION AND POSTPONMENT:
The company reserves the right to cancel or postpone planned guides and workshops for reasons beyond the company’s control. In the event of total cancellation from the company’s initiative, the fee will be refunded. By postponing all types of personal guidance from the company’s initiative, the course participant will be offered participation at a later date.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
We follow international right of withdrawal law. You have the right to cancel the purchase of physical goods 14 days after the purchase and 30 days to return physical defective goods in order to receive a full refund. Pursuant to Section 15 of the Consumer Act, you as a buyer pay return shipping when the unused product is returned in its original packaging. You have the right to request a refund or price reduction after a failed attempt by the retailer to repair or replace a defective item. Contact customer service at yvonn@wisdomfromthecards.com. Right of withdrawal does not apply to instructions.
FORCE MAJEOR:
If the company or its affiliates (mail, affiliate, WordPress, add-ons, delivery companies) are prevented from delivering or making any mandatory redelivery as a result of a labor dispute or other circumstance over which the parties have no control, such as fire, pandemic, war, serious illness, natural disasters, mobilization or unforeseen military summonses of equivalent scope, requisitions, seizures, currency restrictions, riots and riots, lack of means of transport, general shortage of raw materials, restrictions on power supply and shortcomings in/delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers due to such circumstances, the Company is exempt from all liability.

We have done everything we can to ensure that the content is of high quality and original. By purchasing guides, services and products, you accept and agree that:

You alone are responsible for your actions, and the results depend on personal factors, including your skills, how you master to turn your mindset, knowledge, abilities and commitment.

We do not take responsibility for loss or damage of any kind, as a consequence of following the advice or guidance given to you. You have free will and the right to use it.
